Police Officer Caught On Video Masturbating In Squad Car

A Santa Fe, New Mexico television station discovered a shocking video from the squad car of former Santa Fe Police Officer Sgt. Mike Eiskant.

One can hear audio of him talking to himself sexually as well as the unzipping sound of a zipper.  Eiskant can be heard saying, “Oh you have big beautiful breasts baby.”

The video was found prior to Eiskant being found guilty of harassing and stalking women, stealing drugs, and using criminal databases improperly.

Another former fellow officer told the TV station Eiskant had a reputation for being a “creeper”.
