Pit Bull Officially Lands Theme Song For New M.I.B.3 Flick

It is reported that Inter”FUCKING”national artist Pit Bull lands the theme song for the new installment of the Men In Black movie franchise due out May 25th.

Pit Bull commented on this theme song acquisition by saying.

“It’s an incredible honor to be a part of such an amazing franchise as Men in Black and I have so much respect for Will Smith, especially with our similar musical backgrounds,” Pitbull said.

“Wanting to keep the music fun yet modern, we used the slogan of the movie and flipped it back into the song that ‘in order to understand the future, you have to go back in time,”

So, the name of the song is called “Back In Time” (Big Surprise) and to me that shit is mad corny shun! I mean for one I don’t know how “Big Willy Style” and Pit are similar in music backgrounds except for that Welcome To Miami jam and the Bad Boys movies (All done in Miami)  but either way I don’t think Pit Bull was the right person to do this song. In my opinion Will should have just done it like the first 2 movies na mean. Plus is it just me or did Pit Bull seem like he said fuck it I’ma ride this Latino wave through and across all genres? I guess its cause I’m a  Hip Hop head, but I thought Pit was one of the illest MCs at one time dropping banging ass tracks like the video below. Now dude just wanna make folks dance and listen to border line techno mixed with reggaeton music! In a debate with my homie the other day he told me that Pit Bull just evolved and so did his music and he might be right but cats was really diggin that Ricky Martin, Shakira shit at one time across different genres and they still around BUT, only because they mostly stayed true to there native genre na mean?! Pit doesn’t have a genre! What would you categorize him under? He does songs with rappers, RnB singers, Spanish singers, Ice Cream truck drivers I mean damn showing ones versatility is one thing but gooooot damn kid! Lol, now some of you might think I’m hating and I can digg it but at the same time I can care less dude is hot garbage in a Hip Hop sense. I like good music that makes me feel good, hype, happy and or ready to drop kick suckas! and Pit’s makes me wanna take X and dirty dance with fat chicks sun and that’s no bueno. Deuces.
